Fredrick Benjamin Grooming Products

Finding the perfect grooming products can be a daunting task, as I’m sure we all have products in our bathroom that we have tried. Only to later realize it doesn’t work the best for your skin type or hair texture and it’s not to say the product is bad it’s just not for you. Well since going bald at 27yrs old I can definitely say that when it comes to shaving products I have tried plenty. I’ve also tried other men’s grooming products over the years.

A few months ago I was offered an opportunity to shoot a campaign for Fredrick Benjamin Grooming products. I thought this would be a great opportunity to add to my resume and the bonus was that the products are really great and cater to the skincare needs of black men. The products I’m most familiar with are for the “Bald and Bearded” man, I’ve been using these products since the shoot and I love the way my skin feels afterward my skin is left feeling soft and moisturized. I would definitely recommend trying this product out if your looking for a new product to use for shaving.

The Bald & Bearded Grooming Process:

First: This is the first step of the shaving process you only need a small amount to rub over your head, moisten your head with water first.

Easy-Primer

Second: Next you apply the Hydro-Glaze, not too much, and then begin to shave.

Third: Lastly is the Bump Clear which can be used on both your head and face to keep those irritating bumps away.

Beard Wash Regimen: Both combined make for a great daily beard wash regimen, it’s important to keep that beard clean fellas especially if you want it to grow and look healthy and full.
