Years before finding out I had become a diabetic in 2012, I developed a consistent workout regimen. Over time I began to see my body change and working out became an addiction. Being diagnosed with diabetes one week after undergrad graduation left me devastated, I felt that I was in pretty good shape, had good eating habits, and worked out often. I now have my diabetes under control and working out continues to be a helping factor in keeping my blood glucose levels where they should be. As time goes on I will be sharing workout tips, healthy eating advice, and the best workout clothing finds (after all one of my biggest workout rules is, "one should look good, while working out"!!).
