While menswear is ever-evolving one thing that will always be essential in any man’s wardrobe is a great fitting pair of jeans. I happen to be someone who loves to wear denim so I’ve composed this quick list of some of my favorite denim brands and fits. It used to be hard finding denim that fit greats and is long enough and if you happen to have big quads with your height finding denim that’s a bit relaxed in the thigh area which is usually labeled as “athletic fit”.
Well, it used to be, anyway, before a handful of denim brands began designing their denim specifically to the needs of bigger built bodies. Insert the athletic fit, a roomier and more forgiving design that highlights your legs rather than hiding them under baggy fits of the late ’90s and early 2000s. I also like straight-fit jeans ideal for medium to athletic builds they sit low on the waist with a regular fit through the thigh and a straight leg. Heres a quick list I’ve composed of jeans that would be great for guys that would fall into the athletic or straight fit categories like myself.
